A WINNING COMBINATION

WORKING HARD IS DEFINITELY PART OF THE FORMULA!!!
WORKING HARD IS DEFINITELY PART OF THE FORMULA!!!

Sal Capobianco has served people in sales and management for nearly forty years. He has received over a dozen salesman of the year awards, managed and owned companies that have generated millions of dollars a year in revenue, as well as serving the community in a number of capacities. If you were to ask people that are the closest to him , however, what he is most passionate about. It would be empowering people to live their dreams, to share their God given talents with others, and to have fun and “ to enjoy the moment.

I have a diversified business and sales background in a number of areas. After graduating from the California State University in Fullerton, I managed and sold and sometimes owned within the foodservice, financial service, home improvement business, as well as the prearranged cremation industry. Many people feel that  ” they could never be a salesman “.  .  .  .  .  .  Don’t sell yourself short!  Every one sells themselves every day.  Sometimes it’s a concept or an idea with a friend or family member.  At other times we may be looking to sell our boss on a promotion or in this economy, selling an employer on hiring us for a job.  With out a doubt we’re all looking to become more effective at sales so we can enjoy a more fulfilling life style. What people object to is ” hard sell “,  ” hit  you over the head ” approaches  and I couldn’t agree with you more.  I’ve  sold professionally for nearly 40 years and I definitely want nothing to do with that kind of obnoxious, insensitive approach!!! In  future  articles,  I will be sharing low profile  sales  techniques that will assist you in becoming a master communicator  at home, office, or at play.

None the less,  any accomplishments in life may not result in a feeling of life and family fulfilment.  Balance is a very easy subject to talk about, but it is an ENTIRELY different thing to apply to everyday living.  For that reason, I’m also developing a ” Chat With God Series ” to encourage everyone to include balance and spirituality to an already very busy itinerary.
